Software Development, AI Engineer (Applied​/Software), Backend Developer

Demonstrated experience designing, developing and integrating AI-enabled applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AIagents, agent-based workflows, document processing solutions, andhuman-in-the-loop review and approval processes. This role will support the development of the Curriculum AI Assistant Platform, which combines AI agentsand user workflows to accelerate curriculum development while keepingcurriculum experts responsible for all decisions and approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Design,develop, test and support AI-powered applications and workflows
• Design,implement and maintain data pipelines, including extraction,transformation and loading activities.
• Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications and write, test, debug and maintainapplication code.
• Develop and integrate AI agents into a secure web-based platform
• DevelopAPIs and application services that support AI capabilities, document processing and workflow automation.
• Implementhuman-in-the-loop workflows that allow users to review, validate and approve AI-generated content.
• Resolve technical issues and provide support during implementation, testing,deployment and maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

• Experience implementing Azure Active Directory (Entra ), Single Sign-On (SSO),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authentication and authorizationcontrols.
