Demonstrated experience designing, developing and integrating AI-enabled applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AIagents, agent-based workflows, document processing solutions, andhuman-in-the-loop review and approval processes. This role will support the development of the Curriculum AI Assistant Platform, which combines AI agentsand user workflows to accelerate curriculum development while keeping curriculum experts responsible for all decisions and approvals.
Responsibilities:
Design,develop, test and support AI-powered applications and workflows
Design,implement and maintain data pipelines, including extraction,transformation and loading activities.
Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications.
Develop detailed programming specifications and write, test, debug and maintain application code.
Develop and integrate AI agents into a secure web-based platform
DevelopAPIs and application services that support AI capabilities, document processing and workflow automation.
Implement human-in-the-loop workflows that allow users to review, validate and approve AI-generated content.
Resolve technical issues and provide support during implementation, testing,deployment and maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Full Stack Development and Solution Architecture:
Experience designing, developing, testing and supporting enterprise web applications.
Experience with front-end and back-end development using modern development frameworks and design patterns.
Experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, application services and middleware components.
Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
Experience working with relational databases, data modelling, SQL and data integration solutions.
Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging and maintaining application code.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services or AI platforms.
Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval and document processing solutions.
Experience developing and integrating AI agents and multi-step workflow solutions.
Experience implementing human-in-the-loop workflows that support review, validation and approval processes.
Experience implementing source traceability, output validation and auditability features.
Experience working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps or similar cloud technologies.
Experience implementing Azure Active Directory (Entra ), Single Sign-On (SSO),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authentication and authorization controls.
Agile Delivery and Technical
Collaboration:
Experience working within Agile product delivery teams.
Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and backlog items.
