Job Title:

.NET Developer  Overview  We are looking for a strong and proactive  .NET Developer  who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of taking ownership and stepping up to challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and maintain applications using the  .NET framework
Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other developers
Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Adapt quickly and step in to support the team during critical challenges or tight deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
Key Qualifications   Strong experience in  .NET development
Proven ability to work as a  self-starter and independent contributor
Excellent  problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong  communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and  lead or step up during challenging situations
