Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable, cloud-native applications across the full stack. This role combines hands-on software engineering with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and engineering enablement.

This is a pro-code engineering role focused on Type Script, React, Python/.NET/Node.js, Terraform/Bicep, Git Hub Actions, and Microsoft Azure. While you will be part of the Power Platform Center of Excellence, prior Power Platform experience is not required. We are looking for a strong cloud engineer who is curious and willing to learn the platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Develop and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops.
• Apply cloud security best practices, including identity management, secrets management, and secure delivery pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, observability initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
• Learn and contribute to Power Platform engineering and governance practices.

• 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and cloud security principles.
• Experience defining engineering standards, reusable frameworks, or developer enablement practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work.
• Interest and willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
