Senior Informatica Power Center Developer - IDMC / IICS Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- 8–10 years of overall ETL development experience in large IT organizations.
- Minimum 5 years of strong hands‑on development experience with Informatica Power Center and at least 2 years with IICS/IDMC.
- Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and IDMC.
- Translate detailed specifications into ETL process design and development.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and document ETL processes following industry best practices.
- Strong hands‑on experience in SQL with databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data processing and reporting.
- Build data sources, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business needs.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand requirements and design data solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/QA and production troubleshooting.
- Use scripting languages such as VB, Shell, or Perl to support ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams including developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Prepare design documentation, review artifacts, and provide training and support to users.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Bitbucket.
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Must be eligible for Reliability Status Clearance (Minimum 5 years residency requirement).
