Turing, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create datasets for training large language models. Candidates should possess at least three years of software engineering experience and expertise in full-stack application development. You will work primarily with Java, as well as other programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, to ensure code efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate code examples and build scalable solutions
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for quality
• Collaborate with teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions
• Design mechanisms for automated solution verification
• Hypothesize and evaluate software engineering lifecycle steps
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in building full-stack applications
• Deep understanding of software architecture and quality assessment
• Excellent communication skills for evaluations
• US, Canada, or WEU residency required
