- Extensive work on application architecture

, and WAI-ARIA across web, iOS, and Android platforms - Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience developing secure customer-facing applications in a public-sector or highly regulated environment
- Experience maintaining large-scale information technology applications
- Experience conducting root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging during application outages
- Design, develop, upgrade, test, and implement software components
- Document technical specifications, system designs, interface specifications, and integration details
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data integrity, integrations, and user access
- Collaborate with project team members and integration partners to support solution implementation
- Develop responsive, accessible, and secure front-end application components
- Implement integrations with City systems and REST-based APIs
- Ensure developed interfaces comply with WCAG 2.1 AA, AODA
