Elevate your career as a Senior People Soft HCM Developer with the Ontario Public Service. Contribute to the WIN system, focusing on Oracle People Soft HCM and enhancing digital solutions.
In this technical role, you'll join a self-directed team to deliver complex digital solutions within all phases of the SDLC. Your expertise in People Soft modules, particularly in Absence Management and Payroll, will be vital as you enhance the WIN system through digitization and improved user interfaces. Collaborate with IT professionals to foster automation processes that lead to greater efficiency for over 68,000 OPS employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise in system design and implementation
• Develop dashboards and reports for business insights
• Maintain and enhance People Soft HCM modules
• Deliver solutions in a multi-platform environment
• Support unit testing and user acceptance testing
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in People Soft HCM module development
• Knowledge of People Tools and Oracle databases
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience in public sector IT is a plus
