RQ- Software Developer - Senior
Assignment Type - This position is currently listed as "Onsite", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.
MUST HAVES:- Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Web Sphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ.
- Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong expertise in scripting and automation using Power Shell.
The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW.
JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause. Services required beyond this date will be acquired through a Request for Services (RFS) issued under the successor VOR.
The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.
Experience and Skillset Requirements Mandatory Requirements- Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Web Sphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ.
- Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong expertise in scripting and automation using Power Shell.
- Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Web Sphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ.
- Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong expertise in scripting and automation using Power Shell.
- Ability to manage database systems and query languages, including Oracle and PL/SQL.
- Experience with reverse and forward proxy configurations and server management.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS, APIs, and spatial data management.
- Experience using ArcGIS and ArcGIS API.
- Familiarity with Java programming.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating within teams and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Creativity and problem-solving to handle complex development and integration challenges.
