This full-time, two-month contract supports an application modernization initiative in transportation and logistics. As a Senior Java Developer, you will create RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations. Your work will support appointment management, booking, scheduling, and transaction processing across high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design scalable Java and Spring Boot services
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for appointment workflows
- Build booking, validation, scheduling, and transaction functionality
- Integrate enterprise systems with security and error handling
- Develop automated tests and support deployment readiness
- Seven-plus years of Java application development experience
- Strong Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and dependency injection expertise
- RESTful API, microservices, JSON, and integration experience
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Testing, Git, CI/CD, security, and Agile knowledge
