Java and system design expertise define this hybrid Toronto contract for an expert-level developer supporting foreign exchange products and technology.
TEKsystems seeks a developer with seven or more years of Java and technology experience. The work centers on core engineering, system design, Agile delivery, Java 8, and capital markets. Experience with foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, or risk management tooling strengthens alignment with the team’s focus.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver core engineering for capital markets technology
- Apply system design expertise to Java solutions
- Support foreign exchange product development
- Work with Agile delivery practices
- Contribute during the Endur to Murex migration
- Seven or more years of Java and technology experience
- Expert-level experience in core engineering and system design
- Strong Java and Java 8 skills
- Capital markets exposure, particularly foreign exchange
- Exposure to Murex, Endur, or related tooling preferred
Use Java, Agile, system design, and foreign exchange knowledge to support TEKsystems’ Toronto capital markets team.
