This senior engineering role requires seven-plus years of production Python development using Python 3.9 or newer. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Python backend services and automation tooling
Build and consume RESTful APIs with supported frameworks
Operate Linux systems, users, groups, sudoers, and permissions
Write Bash scripts for deployment and scheduling
Diagnose production issues using Linux tools and logs
Requirements:
Seven-plus years of production Python development experience
Deep understanding of sudo, sudoers, and privilege delegation
Proficiency with Bash, cron, logrotate, and SSH automation
Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, tuning, and Python drivers
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline
Apply Python, REST APIs, Linux operations, and Oracle expertise to production services at Kumaran Systems.
