Job Description We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center configuration, integration, and development within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions using Guidewire Policy Center.
Develop Policy Center business rules, workflows, validations, and product configurations.
Work with Gosu, Guidewire Studio, PCF, and data models.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other Guidewire developers.
Follow Guidewire development standards and coding best practices.
Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center (PC).
Strong programming experience with Gosu.
Experience with Policy Center configuration and integration.
Knowledge of Guidewire Studio, PCF, entity/data model, workflows, and business rules.
Experience developing or consuming REST/SOAP web services.
Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance concepts and policy lifecycle.
Experience with debugging, defect fixing, and production support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications Guidewire certification such as ACE or relevant Policy Center certification is preferred.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud is an advantage.
Experience with Guidewire integrations and APIs.
Prior experience working on large-scale insurance transformation or Guidewire implementation projects.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Guidewire PC Developer with strong Policy Center configuration/integration experience who can work effectively with both technical and business teams.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
