As a Software Development Engineer, you will develop agentic systems that help Customer Service Agents deliver tailored experiences. You will work on security, threat detection, scalable architectures, APIs, and data models. Your work will translate complex signals into actionable information for associates and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design features from technical design through deployment and operational support
Apply generative AI to customer interaction data
Integrate large language models into production systems
Build APIs, data models, monitoring, and alerting
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Three-plus years of professional software development experience
Two-plus years designing or architecting new and existing systems
Programming experience with at least one software language
Large Language Model fundamentals, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
