This senior developer role requires seven years of hands-on experience with Pega Smart Dispute. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega PRPC and the Smart Dispute framework. The work includes case management, workflows, business rules, data transforms, user interfaces, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance Pega case structures for card disputes
Configure REST and SOAP integrations with payment systems
Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions
Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and QA in Agile delivery
Requirements:
Seven to ten years of professional experience
Expert Pega PRPC 8.x and Smart Dispute Framework knowledge
Expertise with flows, case management, rules, and data pages
Advanced REST, SOAP, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding of Pega Smart Dispute technologies
Bring senior Pega development, dispute processing, API integration, and troubleshooting expertise to enterprise card solutions in Toronto.
