Clio is searching for a Senior Workflow Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, or remotely across Canada (excl. Quebec). You will utilize your legal expertise and AI knowledge to enhance client efficiency and satisfaction. This role allows you to apply your skills in a meaningful way, assisting legal professionals in optimizing their workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients to demonstrate workflow benefits
• Keep sales interaction records updated in Salesforce
• Evaluate current client workflows and recommend enhancements
• Perform software configurations tailored to client needs
• Develop efficient document generation processes for clients
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in workflow strategy
• At least 2 years of legal industry background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
• Creative problem-solver with a client-centered approach
