Join Our Northern Skies Team:
Flight Attendant with Perimeter Aviation. Based in Toronto, ON – Where every flight makes a real difference.
As a Perimeter Flight Attendant, you're not just crew—you’re an ambassador. You’ll be the person passengers look to for reassurance, warmth, and professionalism from the moment they step aboard. Reporting directly to the Flight Attendant Manager, you’ll take pride in preparing a clean, safe, and welcoming cabin for every single flight. Your days will be varied and hands‑on. Before takeoff, you’ll participate in crew briefings, run thorough pre‑flight checks, and ensure all safety equipment and snacks are ready to go.
Once airborne, you’ll make announcements, serve beverages and light refreshments, and handle any onboard transactions with care and organization. After landing, you’ll tidy the cabin, restock supplies, and complete the necessary paperwork—all while representing Perimeter’s commitment to excellence. Because we fly to remote and culturally rich northern communities, we also need someone who is respectful, understanding, and genuinely sensitive to the unique needs of the passengers and regions we serve.
On occasion you may even lend a hand with off‑loading freight—because in northern aviation, everyone pitches in.
We're looking for someone who is as comfortable working independently as they are being part of a close‑knit team. At Perimeter, our flights often operate with a single Flight Attendant, so self‑reliance and good judgment are essential. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one to two years of customer service experience.
- A valid passport.
- The ability to pass and maintain all required transportation security clearances.
We’ll be especially excited if you have:
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training—or a demonstrated commitment to learning about and respecting First Nations communities.
You’re highly flexible and can think on your feet when plans change—and in aviation, they often do. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and have a deep respect for punctuality and on‑time performance. You’re self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people. Most importantly, you bring a professional, positive attitude that makes both passengers and colleagues feel at ease.
A Few Things to Know Before You Apply Here’s what to expect- You must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- You’ll work a flexible schedule that may include extended travel away from home.
- You’ll work both indoors and outdoors—adapting to all kinds of Canadian weather is part of the job.
- You’ll need to successfully complete a minimum four‑week initial training program, including written and practical exams.
You’ll be joining a team that takes northern aviation seriously—where safety, respect, and reliability aren’t just buzzwords, but the foundation of everything we do. If you’re looking for a flight attendant career with purpose, variety, and the chance to serve communities that truly depend on air travel, this is your runway.
Ready to make an impression that lasts? We’d love to hear from you.
