Job Description:

Container Pickup and Delivery Coordination Coordinate container pickup arrangements following cargo arrival, ensuring timely customs clearance and retrieval.

Plan and schedule trucking deliveries based on arrival schedules and customer requirements to ensure on-time service.

Liaise with trucking suppliers to create dispatch schedules, monitor transportation progress, and handle any service disruptions.

Appointment Management Communicate with warehouses and customers to arrange container pickups, warehouse deliveries, and customer site appointments.

Ensure that transportation schedules align with warehouse and client requirements to minimize waiting time and demurrage costs.
