Position: Transportation Supervisor at CN
Become a key player in transportation management with CN as a Transportation Supervisor. This role focuses on overseeing daily train operations while ensuring safety and compliance in a 24/7 environment.
As an entry-level supervisor at CN, you will manage front-line train operations, coordinating unionized crews and strict adherence to safety regulations. Your leadership will enhance service commitments and drive operational efficiency. This position requires working outdoors and responding to critical incidents, making problem-solving and decision-making skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach unionized employees on safety protocols

• Manage daily train operations and crew assignments

• Monitor and report on service delays proactively

• Enforce compliance with operating rules and safety standards

• Conduct performance evaluations for operational excellence
Requirements:

• 4 years of supervisory experience in a safety-compliant role

• 3 years as a conductor on the railroad

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Knowledge of safe rail operating practices
