Transportation Training Officer at CN

As a key player at CN, you'll act as a safety leader and mentor for Transportation employees. This role combines 5 years of railway operations experience with training initiatives focusing on remote-control operations and field safety. You'll manage qualifications, support recruitment, and ensure ongoing mentoring to enhance employee development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate employee performance and compliance with regulations

• Provide in-field training and mentorship to Transportation staff

• Manage certifications and qualifications of team members

• Support local operations in understanding operating rules

• Input training events into the Learning Management System

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of railway experience

• Proven background as a Conductor or Locomotive Engineer

• Valid Driver’s License and successful medical assessment

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Knowledge of change management practices
