As a Fleet Service Agent, you will report to the Fleet Operations Manager, playing a vital part in the readiness of our rental fleet. You will conduct thorough vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance like tire changes, and maintain the cleanliness of vehicles. Interacting with customers, you will address their inquiries while also managing vehicle pickups and drop-offs at service vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and clean vehicles inside and out
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance like tire changes
• Identify and report vehicle damages promptly
• Assist customers with their basic questions
• Manage vehicle pickups and drop-offs at vendors
Requirements:
• Valid Canada Driver’s License required
• Clean criminal and driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 20kg/50 lb
• Comfortable commuting to hub location
• Proficient verbal communication skills
