Automotive Service Advisor Fleet Management

In this position, you will help manage the City’s large and complex fleet operations. Your duties encompass reviewing maintenance requests, scheduling essential vehicle services, and communicating effectively with clients regarding their repair needs. A solid background in vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer relations skills are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review driver reports and generate accurate repair orders
• Schedule and monitor maintenance service workflows
• Assess priorities and manage outstanding job issues
• Process service calls and coordinate repairs
• Keep records of materials used and tasks completed
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive or truck-related customer service
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
• Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
