You will ensure operational efficiency by managing safety protocols, expedition staff, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marine and Safety leaders on expeditions

• Manage IAATO/AECO schedules and compliance requirements

• Support high-quality onboard guest programming and engagement

• Provide guidance and oversight to Expedition Leaders

• Accountable for budgets, operational risks, and reporting

Requirements:

• Extensive operations leadership in expedition or adventure travel

• Strong understanding of safety frameworks in complex setups

• Ability to manage budgets and guest experience delivery

• Proficient communicator with diverse teams

• Openness to regular travel to remote regions
