Lead Shipping Supervisor

Position: Lead Shipping Supervisor Needed
Take charge as a Shipping Supervisor at Give & Go Prepared Foods. Oversee effective shipping operations and contribute to a supportive workplace while ensuring accuracy in logistics.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently managing the shipping function, ensuring that staff is well-trained and that shipping budgets are adhered to. You’ll verify orders, and manage product movements, all while fostering a culture of accountability and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage shipping-related budgets

• Provide vital training on health & safety practices

• Ensure order accuracy during picking and delivery

• Supervise product loading to maintain shipment integrity

• Participate in inventory maintenance and rotation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of WMS and RF Scanning preferred

• Solid understanding of health & safety procedures

• Strong communication and stress management skills
