AtkinsRéalis is hiring an ORAT Subject Matter Expert to enhance airport infrastructure developments in Canada. Leverage your aviation experience to support high-profile airport projects.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading ORAT work streams within a major airport program. This full-time position requires daily collaboration at the project office. Responsibilities include coordinating ORAT activities, addressing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, ultimately guiding teams toward lasting capabilities in airport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical activities related to trials and transitions
• Assist in executing daily workstream coordination
• Manage risk identification and escalation processes
• Collaborate to ensure readiness of airport facilities
• Coach teams to foster operational development
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years as an aviation Subject Matter Expert
• Strong knowledge of airport operations
• Skill in managing diverse ORAT activities
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement for operational success
• Background in large international airport projects
