This supervisory role includes planning daily operations, organizing equipment, and leading junior staff to maintain quality. Ensure efficient service through inspections and manage relationships with local agencies and the community. Your leadership will drive both safety and operational excellence in various maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead winter maintenance shift operations
• Develop work plans and resource allocation
• Inspect contract work for compliance with standards
• Communicate with the public and local authorities
• Document operations, equipment, and incidents
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Three years of experience in outdoor maintenance
• Valid Ontario Class 'DZ' Driver's License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent record-keeping and analytical skills
