Afternoon Forklift Operator in Freezer

Join our Rexdale freezer distribution centre as a certified Forklift Operator on the Afternoon Shift. Ideal candidates will operate various forklifts and handle consumer products efficiently.

We are seeking skilled operators with certification and at least two years of experience to contribute to our Afternoon Shift team. Your work will include operating Crown Reach, Counterbalance, Dockstocker, and Walkie forklifts in a fast-paced freezer environment. You will load and unload products, conduct put-aways, and perform additional tasks like picking and shrink wrapping to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks

• Conduct put-aways and replenish stock

• Pick products and build skids accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in the freezer area

Requirements:

• Valid certification for operating forklifts

• Minimum of 2 years operating experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• CSA Steel Toed Safety Shoes are mandatory
