As a full-time Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Jazz, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of our fleet. This permanent position involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. You will also troubleshoot technical issues and support apprentices, all within a unionized environment that values your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain aircraft to guarantee safety
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues
• Complete and certify work orders and logbooks
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support apprentices during maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada AME License required
• Ability to obtain Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
• Valid unrestricted Canadian driver’s license
• Experience with CRJ
900, Dash 8400, or E175 aircraft preferred
• Ability to acquire Airport Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP)
