Job Summary As an Airport Catering Driver, you will make a difference to our passengers. You will help get their planes in and out on time and ensure their travel is as comfortable and enjoyable as it should be. The passengers may not always see you working in catering, but you will significantly enhance their experience. Porter – flying refined. Reporting to the Hub Manager, Toronto YTZ with daily oversight from the Supervisor, Catering, the Airport Catering Driver contributes to the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the airline.

Duties & Responsibilities Physically provide all flights with perishable and non‑perishable commissary product.
Liaise with operating flight crew to ensure all flight provisioning requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with the catering personnel.
Assist catering personnel with warehousing and deliveries when required.
Operate a forklift when required.
Assist catering personnel with loading and unloading of the catering vehicle.
Manage the supply level on the catering vehicles.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Manage garbage and recycling daily from the aircraft and catering facility.
Actively participate in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS) by reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must have a valid G2 Class driver's license (or out‑of‑province equivalent) with a clean drivers abstract.
Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Security Pass.
Basic computer and keyboarding skills are required.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
Ability to bend, kneel, and squat.
Hard‑working attitude with initiative to work alone or in a team environment.
Ability to work shift work.
Must pass a criminal background check.
