Become a Driver Ambassador at Second Harvest in Etobicoke, ON, where your driving skills can foster community support. Help combat food waste and nourish those in need through dedicated service.

This full-time position is open to experienced DZ drivers passionate about social impact. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting food from donors to community partners, ensuring the integrity of each delivery. Our work focuses on reducing hunger across the GTA while promoting values of collaboration and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive box trucks for food collection and distribution

• Foster positive connections with donors and partners

• Adhere to strict food handling safety protocols

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards

• Collaborate with team members to enhance logistics

Requirements:

• DZ license with at least 3 years of driving experience

• Maintained a clear driving record for three years

• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety practices

• Effective communication and customer relations skills

• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
