Lead as Operations Supervisor in Collections

Your role will center on managing the daily operations of collection routes and fostering a culture of safety and performance. Conduct operational audits, driver observations, and ensure compliance with industry standards to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple collection routes for efficiency

• Lead safety meetings and driver performance reviews

• Review daily route sheets for performance metrics

• Manage schedules and coordinate with dispatchers

• Drive recruitment and training processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• Prior experience in a leadership role preferred

• Must have or obtain Class 3/DZ driver’s license

• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations

• Strong analytical and data entry skills
