In this pivotal role, you will oversee the training and compliance functions critical to the operation of school buses. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will handle the adherence to safety regulations and manage a team of Bus Driver Trainers. This position emphasizes collaboration with various regulatory bodies to deliver effective training and development across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive safety initiatives within the organization
• Manage driver training programs to enhance compliance
• Liaise with governmental and industry stakeholders on safety
• Conduct safety audits and policy updates
• Investigate and prevent workplace incidents
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a School Bus Safety role
• Valid Class-B driver’s license required
• First Aid & CPR certification required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Professional Instructor in Driver Education course completion
