As a Caravan Captain, you’ll command single‑pilot IFR and VFR cargo flights, ensuring on‑time, safe, and compliant operations within a structured SOP and SMS framework.

• Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan to company and regulatory standards, prioritizing safety and on‑time performance.
• Plan and execute flights in diverse Canadian weather, including single‑pilot IFR; conduct thorough preflight, fuel planning, and performance calculations.
• Manage weight and balance, cargo loading integrity, and secure handling in accordance with Fed Ex and company procedures.
• Adhere to SOPs, SMS reporting, and quality‑assurance processes; maintain spotless flight and technical records.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams; ensure regulatory and customs compliance for US operations.
• Champion a positive safety culture and professional standards across all duties.

• License: TCCA CPL with IR
• Instrument Rating:
  Group 1 or Group 3
• Medical:
  Class 1
• Experience:
  
  1500 hours total time, or 1200 hours total time with 300 hours on type
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Security:
  Able to obtain an airport RAIC
• Travel:
  Eligible to travel to the USA
• Documents:
  Valid passport and provincial driver’s licence
