As the Group Air Logistics Coordinator at Wynford, you will manage air transportation needs for various group travel programs. Reporting to the Manager of Group Air Solutions, your attention to detail and client-centered service will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics for air transportation of groups

• Lead complex travel planning and operations

• Book and issue tickets using SABRE GDS

• Create and maintain accurate flight manifest records

• Manage customer inquiries and travel updates proactively
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of group travel reservation experience

• TICO certification is an asset

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
