As a leader in non-emergency medical transport in Ontario, RCT offers drivers the chance to make a real difference in individuals' lives. Our drivers operate well-maintained, accessible vehicles while receiving a competitive pay model for all time spent on duty, including door-to-door service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport clients in wheelchair accessible vehicles
• Provide assistance with luggage and seating for passengers
• Follow communication protocols with Dispatch Department
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
• Create a calm and supportive environment during transport
Requirements:
• Ten years of driving experience with a valid G License
• Good physical health with a capacity to lift 50 pounds
• A valid CPR Certificate upon hiring
• Navigational proficiency with GPS and smartphones
• Strong geographic knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area
