Position: Gatik Fleet Operations Supervisor Role
Join Gatik as a Fleet Operations Supervisor and oversee Autonomous Vehicle Operators in the Greater Toronto Area. Focus on driver safety, performance, and fleet efficiency in autonomous logistics.

This role requires an experienced logistics professional who is safety-conscious and highly organized. You will manage driver onboarding and supervision, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while maintaining the fleet of Class 3-7 autonomous trucks. Partner with operational teams to uphold service excellence and optimize daily logistical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct driver hiring and onboarding compliant with standards

• Supervise drivers with performance evaluations and ride-alongs

• Maintain Transport Canada safety policies and driver qualifications

• Coordinate maintenance and track vehicle readiness

• Optimize daily route planning and scheduling for efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s in Logistics preferred

• Minimum 3 years in fleet operations with driver supervision experience

• Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Clean Canadian commercial driver’s license necessary
