Lead Aircraft Certification Technician

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring safety and operational excellence.
As the Lead Aircraft Certification Authority, you will oversee technicians in a maintenance environment, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada standards and internal policies. This leadership position requires a strong focus on effective communication and teamwork, coordinating with supervisors and the Maintenance Operations Centre on aircraft tasks. You’ll manage responsibilities for all apprentices and AMEs while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians for efficient aircraft maintenance
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Schedule maintenance tasks and coordinate with MOC
• Oversee GSE maintenance and repair log generation
• Promote safety and cleanliness throughout work areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience
• Valid AME M2 or E license necessary
• Experience with DHC‑8‑Q400 or Embraer E2
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Capability to obtain airside security clearance
