Reporting directly to the Logistics and Transportation Manager, you will manage carrier schedules, resolve operational issues, and enhance compliance. Your passion for logistics combined with strong business communication skills will allow you to build valuable customer relationships.

Your role will also involve leading transportation data analysis and ensuring effective issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate with carriers effectively

• Address operational issues and timing concerns promptly

• Submit claims for lost or damaged products

• Approve freight invoicing and maintain terminal relationships

• Analyze transportation data for compliance and improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation logistics

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Bilingual in English with strong presentation skills

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential

• Strong analytical and cost-saving mindset
