As part of the train crew, you'll be responsible for managing the movement of trains while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety protocols are met. Your duties will involve signal observation, train assembly, and effective communication with various personnel. This position offers a unique blend of physical activity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines

• Provide and receive instructions regarding train movements

• Operate track switches and inspect train condition

• Make strategic decisions in various situations

• Communicate regularly with Rail Traffic Control

Requirements:

• Completed High School or equivalent

• Ability to pass safety and rules exams

• Maintain a valid Conductors Rule Card

• Valid passport for Canada/U.S. entry

• Effective communication in English and French
