Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, the Driver Route Reclaim is responsible for driving the company vehicle to collect customer products. In addition, the position focuses on scanning, sorting and processing unsaleable and recalled consumer products for clients as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage assigned routes efficiently while ensuring customers are serviced on time and to their satisfaction.
- Collect required data with handheld scanning devices and record information legibly on route sheets and required daily documents.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, co‑workers and managers.
- Load and unload boxes on pallets and truck for daily delivery to a food bank or warehouse.
- Follow written instructions that contain route and client information.
- Perform simple math calculations.
- Interact professionally with various levels of internal and external customers, maintaining a strong professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Complete logbooks and understand hours of service regulations; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
- Submit required reports and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience, preferably driving vehicles of at least 3 tons and route management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- All CMV/CDL drivers must be able to obtain a medical card from a certified medical examiner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma orGED (accredited).
- Commercial driver license (CDL) Class G (full).

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. The successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
PayThe expected base pay rate for this position is $20.50 per hour. This rate represents a good faith estimate for this position and may be influenced by relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications and work location.
