Position: Coordinator for Events Ground Transportation
Lead airport transfer operations as a Coordinator at TIFF, Toronto, where logistics meet exceptional guest service. Ensure smooth ground transportation for festival attendees while managing a dynamic team.

In this full-time contract role reporting to the Manager, Ground Transportation, you will facilitate all aspects of airport transfers, liaising with TIFF departments and confirming transportation requirements. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you oversee schedules and direct drivers, creating a seamless festival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate airport transfer itineraries and utilize Artifax database

• Liaise with departments to confirm transportation needs

• Manage daily schedules for airport bus/taxi services

• Execute top-tier service standards and procedures

• Support Manager with festival reports and logistics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-day events

• Strong background in hospitality/client services

• Understanding of ground transportation management

• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience

• G-class license preferred
