The volunteer driver will utilize a valid G license to manage food pickups and deliveries, focusing on seniors and people with disabilities. Your contributions will enhance community food security, helping to organize and deliver nutritious meals and resources. Participation in specific delivery schedules like Bread Nights is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in loading and unloading food deliveries
• Monitor the Second Harvest app for donation opportunities
• Follow organization protocols in community interactions
• Commit to Bread Nights and Senior Delivery on Wednesdays
Requirements:
• Must possess a Valid G License
• Able to lift 25 pounds/11 kgs
• Stand for long durations during shifts
• Reliable and punctual with community engagement
• Courteous demeanor required when dealing with others
