Become a key player at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as a Specialist in Aircraft De-icing Operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining safety and efficiency during winter operations.

You will utilize de-icing equipment and manage support tasks related to aircraft operations. Reporting to the Manager of Deicing Operations, your responsibilities extend from ensuring airfield cleanliness to performing landscape maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various de-icing equipment for aircraft

• Conduct FOD inspections and maintain airfield security

• Provide training to new staff on equipment usage

• Perform routine inspections on de-icing vehicles

• Oversee landscape maintenance in de-icing zones

Requirements:

• Previous de-icing operations experience is an asset

• Class G Provincial Driver’s License required

• Ability to obtain confined space certification

• Zero major infractions on AVOP record

• High school diploma or equivalent
