Join The Butcher Shoppe's Toronto team as a Shipping Specialist, ensuring precise order fulfillment in a busy environment. Handle custom meat orders for delivery and support warehouse operations.
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipping Specialist plays a critical role in the accuracy of order preparation and inventory management. Your efforts will support drivers in timely deliveries to both wholesale and individual customers. The role involves maintaining safety and cleanliness within the shipping and warehouse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Picks and stages customer orders for delivery and pickup
• Processes, packages, and labels orders per company standards
• Assists with loading delivery vehicles for timely routing
• Unloads deliveries, sorting and storing products efficiently
• Maintains an organized and safe shipping environment
Requirements:
• Experience in shipping or warehouse environments preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with adherence to safety protocols
