This on-site position calls for a highly organized professional adept in managing transportation fleets and overseeing driver performance. As you report to the Head of Operations, your role will encompass safety compliance, fleet maintenance coordination, and real-time problem-solving, all aimed at enhancing customer delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Autonomous Vehicle Operators

• Conduct safety training and performance evaluations

• Enforce Transport Canada and internal safety regulations

• Schedule maintenance and keep vehicles operational

• Manage daily route planning and driver schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
Bachelor's preferred

• 3+ years in transportation operations

• Deep understanding of NSC and MTO regulations

• Experience with route optimization tools

• Valid commercial driver’s license with clean record
