Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize transportation strategies for cost and service

• Design final-mile and reverse logistics networks in North America

• Lead carrier sourcing and negotiate competitive rates

• Manage relationships with 3PLs and final-mile carriers

• Drive accountability through KPIs and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field

• 10+ years in transportation/logistics, including final-mile experience

• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and analytic tools

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
