Commercial Rear End Loader Driver

Drive heavy-duty trucks as a Commercial Rear End Loader Driver at our Esandar location. Enjoy a competitive hourly pay and daily overtime in this union position.

We are seeking skilled drivers for our Esandar hauling site. You will be responsible for picking up waste and recyclables, following safety protocols, and enhancing route efficiencies. This role includes operating vehicles with various lift attachments and ensuring customer satisfaction through clean-up and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks in compliance with safety and legal standards

• Perform thorough pre and post-trip inspections

• Report unsafe situations to Operations Manager

• Communicate customer needs to the team

• Assist colleagues to meet customer service requirements

Requirements:

• At least 1 year performing commercial driving with a CDL

• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English fluently

• Must be 18 years or older

• CDL-Class A or B with air-brake endorsement

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
