Position: Rotor Wing Captain for Ornge Aviation
Join Ornge as a Rotor Wing Captain, where you will oversee all aircraft operations across Ontario. This full-time position demands significant flight expertise, including adaptability to varying conditions.

As a Rotor Wing Captain, you will report directly to the Chief Pilot and be responsible for all aspects of aircraft operation.

Your role requires excellent decision-making skills under pressure and the ability to provide flight support beyond your home base. Candidates must complete the company training program and pass a Transport Canada PPC, ensuring a high level of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of aircraft operations

• Fly in varying weather and handle high-pressure situations

• Provide flexible flight support across Ontario bases

• Assist in flight planning and aircraft preparation

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian ATPL (H) with 2000 Rotary-wing hours

• 500 hours PIC multi-engine and 2 years Instrument Flight Operations

• Valid Group 4 Instrument Rating and Class 1 Medical

• AW-139 Type Rating and NVG experience preferred

• Successful completion of Controlled Goods Security Assessment
