This role supports the Manager of Aviation Regulatory Programs and involves key tasks such as creating submission packages for Aeronautical Information Publications and monitoring regulatory changes affecting airport operations. Ideal for candidates with a strong aviation background and regulatory experience, this position is pivotal to ensuring compliance and operational safety at Canada’s leading global airport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create submission packages for Aeronautical Information Publications
• Review and monitor ongoing accuracy of AIPs
• Conduct routine airfield inspections per certification standards
• Review engineering design drawings for adherence to regulations
• Assist during irregular operations events to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Airport Management or relevant field
• Minimum three years in regulated aviation operations
• Five years in airport or airline operations
• Experience with Microstation software is an asset
• Valid provincial ‘G’ class Drivers’ License required
