We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (Traffic Clerk) to join our operations team. This role requires a minimum of two years in shipping coordination or a similar field, where you'll prepare documentation, manage shipment schedules, and resolve any transportation issues that arise. Your strong organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments

• Schedule and confirm carrier deliveries for accuracy

• Prepare and verify essential shipping paperwork

• Track and troubleshoot shipment discrepancies

• Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping roles

• Familiarity with tools like Produce Pro and TMS

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
